    Thanks for the video. I want more. The three or four Turkish restaurants I've experienced were the tip of a cultural culinary iceberg.

      Sheep's head. Don't knock it until you've tried it... (Dad was always bringing weird things home to us young'uns, and one time he brought that home. We didn't miss a beat and ate it - well, Mother just watched...)
