There was a similar story in NYC last week, its ridiculous. Also ridiculous, last week a child was accused of stealing $5 from another child and ended up handcuffed by police until it was all straightened out.

Good morning. Cold today, 17 now, big weather news is there's a blizzard on its way. They can't seem to agree on what we'll end up with, but I've seen 5-10, 10-18, 12-16, and 18022. I guess the one sure thing is it will snow, starting tonight sometime into Saturday morning.
