It's a statistic we've been hearing far too often - and for far too long. Two-thirds of American adults are either overweight or obese - and the problem is only getting worse. Even Coca-Cola, the world's largest beverage company, is now calling obesity "the issue of this generation." The world's most valuable brand took the last seat at a crowded table Monday, when it launched an ad campaign aimed at "reinforcing its efforts to work together with American communities, business and government leaders to find meaningful solutions to the complex challenge of obesity." Interesting. What are they really going to say about their product and obesity?
There is a relatively new product out called ZEVIA which is a remarkable replacement for any caloric soda. It's sweetened solely with STEVIA. If you like stevia, you will LOVE this soda, just as much as I do. I haven't had a Coke is AGES!
There's nothing wrong with having a soda as an occasional treat. People didn't used to consume a gallon a day of the stuff. It's not a required part of the diet, people.
