While you're frying up some eggs and bacon, we're cooking up something else: a way to celebrate today's food holiday. Today's food holiday is the icing on the cake after a long holiday weekend - November 26 is National Cake Day! Pie could very well be the poster child for desserts this time of year, but that doesn't mean there isn't room on the table (or in our bellies) for a few more sweet treats of the non-crusted variety. Omg I made the most amazing "pumpkin cake" the other day (2 days in a row actually)... So delicious, no flour, no sugar, no unhealthy ingredients, just straight up canned pumpkin, vanilla extract, stevia, eggs and pumpkin pie spice! AMAZING!
Cake sounds so good. I've had enough apple and pumpkin pie for a while. A rich chocolate cake with fudge icing is making my mouth water.

Mmmm, "better than s€x cake" or good old choc cake w/choc frosting.
