I always find the differences in menu items amongst the same fast food "restaurant" through different regions and countries interesting.

For example, you will only find the McKinley Mac in Alaskan McDonald's and I can't remember what was different about the McDizzle's in South Korea. I can't find a Spicy McChicken sandwich around here to save my life, though fortunately Burger King carries a version of one. Spicy anything in the MidWest is a treasure hunt. This area of the country has the most bland tastebuds on the planet.

Imports like myself have a tough time finding places we like to eat that aren't just burgers and fries.
