That is not a hot dog. Hot dog meat gets treated differently and gets turned into a slurry or emulsion(Not a true emulsion, but it's the term that is used). The nonhomogenous nature of this products disqualifies it from being a hot dog.
I do accept as true with all the concepts you've offered for your post. They're really convincing and can definitely work. Still, the posts are very short for starters. May you please extend them a bit from next time? Thanks for the post.
Looks like just another case-less, smoked sausage to me. Other than weight, how is this distinctly different from the large smoked sausage logs you can get all across America? What is it about this sausage that qualifies it to be a hot dog?
