A little over two and a half years ago, I was surfing the Nets and came across Eatocracy. What a silly name I thought as I read some of the posts and outrages names used by real people that Loved food, just like myself. I am Not a Chef,never claim to be,yet Kat Kinsman and her trusty sidekick Sarah LaTrent made being in the kitchen fun again. Sure,we've had some hard times like cutting ourselves with sharp knives ( it's only a finger,I hope it grows back ), to Monkey Butt Coffee,a little too much for me to think about in the wee hours of the morning. Yet,they both are always here,ready to help with any cooking question I could ever think of and those that went flying by my brain. It's rather small but that's another story...So Major Kudos to two young Ladies that have a vision similar to one of the Greats–Julia Childs. Will anyone read this Blog? Is this a little too much for French cooks and those trying to understand the Basics? Naw,it's just right said the Baby Bear,and to Kat and SLT–Keep up the good work. I learn something New Everyday.
