LOL – I lost my connection yesterday and finally did manage to shower and change... Today, I'll get an earlier start. Usually I am up at 4 – 5 a.m. on the weekends... Hubs made biscuits and sausage gravy for breakfast, yummmm.
Good a.m., all. The youngest furry learned she loves white wine last evening, she helped herself to some while my back was turned!!

Good Saturday Morning my Friends......Well WD and I got a Rude awakening this morning while reading our local paper.

Imagine that,Some of the BEST BBQ in the Nation,along with The Best TEX MEX this side of the Rio Grande. Makes me want a cadaver sandwich for Breakfast. Dang, Now I'm craving Beef Enchilada's and Refried Beans. I'm craving the Taco Cabana Girl as we speak.....Have a safe and Healthy weekend Everyone.
wHAT IT IZ? Checking in from work today. Was so busy all week I could barely even check my e-mail, let alone waste time here. The one post I did yesterday checking in was moderated, so I just left it at that. Hopefully today is more tame.

I'm just peachy, been bizzy at work and keeping the doctors in business. Dermatologist, Dentist, Neuro, etc. Figure I'll get all of them out of the way and pay my co-pay and deductibles for the year and be done with it! ;)
Howdy ho, Ranger Joes! I'm finally back at the castle after a morning taking Thing 1 to preschool, Thing 2 to the dentist and running to the grocery store. We're now enjoying a delightful lunch of grilled cheese sandwiches and tomato chicken florentine soup.
Does life get any better than a grilled cheese sandwich with Mom? I think not.
Especially when said Mom cuts the sandwiches into puzzle pieces. I know, best Mom in the world, that's me!
Once they get their numbers down, teach them Sodoku...It is easy, and will build not only the number concepts, but also is good for mathematical dexterity.
I guess that means I'll have to learn Sudoku, too. Thing 1 does simple addition and subtraction with fruit or canned goods while I make dinner some nights.
I am sure that you will be very Proud when Thing 1 becomes the First to graduate High Skool in your family. Take pictures.

Had a nice dinner last night with the NGF. Grilled beef medallions with cajun spice rub in some gravy looking stuff, smashed potatoes and a nice steamed veggie array after the calamari appetizer.
2 year anniversary dinner.

Soooo,Yesterday Jerv had a very insightful question regarding change, and it didn't even involve Obozo. Since we can't get Political on a Food Blog...here is my Question.
How many Keys do you have on your key chain and do you know what they fit? I only ask because I have to carry two of them. Key chain #1 for my house, Suv keys,extra Big Blue key,and too many small Grocery store rewards cards to mention.
Key chain #2–Key to the Company yard,Big Blue,Trailer lock keys ( there are 3 ) Tool chest key,All in All 9 keys on this ring. At times I have a Bad case of SPS (Sliding Pants Syndrome ). OK,fess up, it's your turn.
I am down to four...House key, garage key, office key and mailbox key. The car does not require a key and my workplace is accessed by ID card. I am something of a minimalist here.
I have one key ring with house key, mailbox key, key to Dad's house, and car key. I have another house key attached to the dog leash just in case I get locked out while I've got them outside.
I'm with Truth, minimalist with the keys. 5 keys- for the house, car, office and two filing cabinets. Oh and RicH, I left the gerbil at Sir Biddles house.

I have 2 key rings. #1 has: 3 house keys (ours, my parents and sister #7), car key and fob, 2 store loyalty cards and a bedazzled M. #2 has: office key, filing cabinet key and 2 bronch tower keys and a key to my boss' office.
AHAHAHAHAHAHAH! When I first read that, I read, "key to my bosses orriface"...
I have my car key fob, which doesn't really look like a key. That stays separate from my keys.
I have one key ring for my office, which stays with my RSA tag and another ring with my girlfriends house key. I have a key code to get into my house.
So I have two keys, one on each ring.
I think I win!! I have 1 key fob (not a key) to my car on a key ring, that's it! We keep a mailbox key at the house by itself. A safe key in my office (shhhhh) by itself. A pool key by itself in the kitchen junk drawer. I'm not even sure where the house keys are! We use the garage opener to get in....

Playing hooky from the office today, as I am up to my tail in school stuff. I will be in cadaver lab tomorrow, which sounds like a load of laughs, along with a major exam on Monday night. Oh, what fun!

Haha! Second beer in the am! My kind of gal. When I worked the night shift, people would look at me like I was crazy drinking at 6 in the morning. No differnt than getting off work at 5pm and have a beer. Congrats on the fulltime!

Morning! Going to a special event at the Spy Museum tonight so that should be interesting. In the meantime I have three meetings at work to keep me occupied.
Sounds like a darn busy day for you. Is the Spy museum in DC? I didn't know of such a museum. I need to spend a weekend in DC here shortly to catch up.

Shooting pool tonight, sleeping in and then running errands on Saturday, no plans on Sunday.
I advise that you sit around the TV at 1:00 on Sunday with assorted appetizers and beer and start cheering for a random team while you are watching Spongebob or something. Best case is that you get drunk, worst case is that you get put in a mental hospital.

This whole week has been fairly quiet.
Fair enough. Any big plans for the weekend? How's little biddle doing?
Lil Biddle is doing well. He is obsesed with airplanes and helicopters so anytime one flies over he goes nuts. I kind of enforce it too as I kind of react the same way since I dealt with helicopters when I was in the Army.
Just want to pop in and say good morning as it's been awhile since I have chatted. I try to keep up with you all at the end of the day. I'm taking a class this semester, so my five hours a week that I had to myself when my youngest is in preschool is now spent in class. Ah well, it's worth it. Have a fantastic Friday everyone!!!
