Grapefruit has an interesting relationship with breast cancer. It may actually increase your risk. Google "breast cancer and grapefruit" and there are conflicting studies. NY Times says, "Studies have produced conflicting information on a link, if any, between grapefruit and breast cancer risk." In other word, I would not advocate eating a whole lot of it yet until there is more research done. The jury still seems to be out.
Since green beans don't look like any part of the body, does that mean I don't have to eat them? Cool.
