Hello everyone!
I just found out that the informal fitness group does almost weekly salad day lunches (someone goes shopping, gets pre-washed/chopped/packaged ingredients, and we line up to the salad bar in a conference room). I surprised people by donating my pomegranate from CA... some people hadn't had fresh pomegranate seeds before! And I still have about 3/4 of a cup of seeds left (it was a huge pomegranate).
So, lunch was salad greens, tomatoes, raspberries, crumbled soft goat cheese, pomegranate seeds, a touch of dressing. NOM.

It went pretty well. Went out to dinner at Olive Garden and had some baked pasta with beef. He came away with a few DVDs and a set of dominoes.
