This guy wants a half-million dollars because his gym switched from a full hotel-caliber breakfast to a different breakfast?
Unless the guy actually spent half a million dollars on the breakfast portion of his membership, I don't see how that was personal injury. And if he got kicked out, he was probably threatening the employees with personal injury.
This joker will probably win that lawsuit, too, which is just sad.
