While you're frying up some eggs and bacon, we're cooking up something else: a way to celebrate today's food holiday. It’s an eggs-citing day in the neighborhood – June 3 is National Eggs Day! Even if you don’t like green eggs and ham, you can have eggs all ways, all day long. They’re great on their own – fried, scrambled, sunny side up, poached, boiled or served up as an omelet or frittata – but they are also a key ingredient in other great eats. Egg noodles and Challah bread wouldn’t be the chewy, flavorful superstars they are without eggs. And don’t forget mayonnaise! And just because it’s Friday, Friday, gettin’ down on Friday, why not experiment with one of 13 ways to bake with Cadbury Crème Eggs? Now that’s an egg you can really sink your teeth into. Oh, apparently it's also National Doughnut Day, so don't forget to swing by your favorite neighborhood doughnut shop and indulge! |

I love over easy eggs with some bacon or sausage and a side of hash browns. Little tobasco sauce makes it perfect!
Who eats only three pieces of bacon???
I like to cook it by the pound, although the pre-cooked stuff creates a LOT less mess.
That is one good lookin' breakfast, now I'm really hungry.
Damn, sunny side up eggs, bacon bacon bacon, and toast smoothered in butter. Gawd, I'm going to the cafeteria.
