@ Evil Grin, I would have to agree with you, We do a big breakfast every Sunday, never hungry for lunch and eat a smaller dinner too.
I wonder if PETA will take issue with eating bugs as a staple protein source.
I actually do tend to eat less if I have a big breakfast, but then my big breakfasts are basically like dinner at 7 a.m. Lots of protein and vegetables and some carbs. Still I find myself skipping lunch and eating a smaller dinner. When I don't eat in the morning, I tend to eat more when I do eat, lunch or dinner, and I'll snack more.
