Where did you find the picture? Guy F. at FN had a recipe, but annilated them into a soup...if you find them let me know. I want to try too.
YAY I was going to see if you had a pic of sunchokes somewhere on here, and I got a recipe for it! I'm curious why you like them so much and I'm going to try them when I can find some.
