Chef Todd Gray is taking on what he describes as "his toughest customers yet" - the students of Washington D.C. public schools. Gray is part of the "Chefs Move to School," a program in search of healthier school meals and pioneered by Assistant White House chef and Senior Policy Adviser For Healthy Food Initiatives Sam Kass.

"Just as important as digesting a book, is what you digest on that plate," said a parent of one Murch Elemantary School student.
