While you're frying up some eggs and bacon, we're cooking up something else: a way to celebrate today's food holiday and the most delicious finds on TV.

As if plain ol' cheese and plain ol' cake weren't good enough, someone had to go get crazy on us and combine the two. And by crazy, we mean oh-so right.

It's National Cheesecake Day! And if you're into those sort of things, we hear a certain Factory o' Cheesecake is commemorating the occasion by offering half-price slices to dine-in customers.

Say cheese!

What's on TV?

"Bottle Shock"
- TMCe, 9:35 a.m. ET
Based on the true story of how Napa Valley wines made it to the world stage in 1976.

"Little Chocolatiers" - TLC, 4 and 4:30 p.m. ET
Take a peek into the sweet world of Steve and Katie Hatch, a married couple who also happen to be chocolatiers and little people.

"Chefs vs. City" - Food Network, 10 p.m. ET
It's a culinary race to the finish line as Aarón Sánchez and Chris Cosentino go against Claire Robinson and Kelsey Nixon in the streets of New York City.
