My food fantasy is that food is made available to all – no one should have to go hungry.

Okay...your article title asks for our food fantasies, but the article wants to know what our dream job is? How does this correlate at all? Anyway, my food fantasy always concerns my mother's breakfasts. I want to be able to eat everything she makes without intaking calories at the same time. Refried beans, scrambled eggs, chorizo, papas fritas and tortillas with real butter. And all the orange juice I want, plus coffee. Heaven.

I would like to be able to eat the same food i did growing up. We were not eating all day long, just three meals, but we were seating as a family, or with friends and enjoying homemade meals with a laugh and a glass of wine. It was guilt free, just about joy, maybe because of a lack of plenty...

I have Celiac Disease and honeslty, most of the time my food fantasy is just to have a sandwich. With real bread. Or tortillas. Not stuff made from rice and corn.
