My name is Liza and I am a food lover, seeker, eater and documentarian.

In all honesty, all I ever really want to spend my money on is food. But not just any food, good food. Delicious, roll-your-eyes-to-the-back-of-your-head and think "oh my god' kind of food. The kind of food that makes you feel something the instant it hits your tongue. Food that teases your senses and makes you want to know more... Because for me, the food that leaves me curious is the food I like to tell stories about. You see, I'm a food storyteller. I've dedicated my life and my video blog to bringing the people responsible for filling our happy bellies to light. Why? Well, because I think their passionate stories deserve to be discovered – for all good food has a story. I believe that. And, secondly, because I want to be partly responsible for making you very, very hungry.

When I'm not eating, I want to be eating. And when I'm eating, I want to be eating anything that leaves a trace of fat dripping from my fingers (so I can lick it). I'm Filipino, so I'm cool with eating with my hands. I enjoy seafood and pork to no end. Pompano is the one fish I think more people need to appreciate. Oh, and my favorite dessert is a good Tiramisu.
