Did anybody tried mushroom hunting? This is part of our family "must do" every summer in the alps. I have no idea what it is until I tranfered from N. Carolina to Italy. My husband introduced me to this "stress relieving summer past time". I have my "baptism" when I found a porcini weighing almost a kilo! and of course those wonderful chantrelles! I love it sauteed witholive oil, garlic and white wine on a bruschetta and a pinot noir – heaven
